This class focuses on legs and abs but don't be surprised with you find your back, chest and shoulders sneakily working too! Three sets of 6 different exercises are performed for one minute, with a quick warmup and finishing cool down rounding out your workout in under 30 minutes!


  • Dumbbells
    Dumbbells (Women: 8-15 lbs, Men: 10-20 lbs)

3 sets of get up situps, forward lunges with a dumbbell twist and a side to side squat jump performed for a minute for three rounds.
3 sets of alternating plank row, plie squat to calf raise and pullovers in table top performed for a minute for three rounds

The jump squat is skipped in the third round. Also I don’t feel abs in the pull over - directions for form need to be more clear

I liked this workout a lot, but the transitions in between exercises in the first set was really quick. I felt like I barely had time to get in position before the next exercise started. Also, the third exercise in the first set was cut out for the final round (squat jump sideways).
