The jump squat is skipped in the third round. Also I don’t feel abs in the pull over - directions for form need to be more clear
I liked this workout a lot, but the transitions in between exercises in the first set was really quick. I felt like I barely had time to get in position before the next exercise started. Also, the third exercise in the first set was cut out for the final round (squat jump sideways).
Loved this class! The Pilates inspired moves were great!
