voice was calming. very descriptive on the poses. timing was smooth and easy to follow. and the motivational self awareness talk was very much needed, individualizing me as a person different and special from the next person who too is different and special in their way.

I really like Peters style and practice. Great space, time and mindfulness to allow proper breath with movement flow. Though I do wish there was music in the background especially for Shavasana. Also hoping for some longer classes? I think I only found 30 min classes. Any chance of a 45/60/90 min practice? Namaste
