As a beginner it was difficult to get some of the positions right without seeing them. But Peter was so relaxing and motivating that it didn’t feel like it mattered that I was doing it incorrectly.

I enjoyed shavasana and the sound of Peter’s calm voice at the end of the class as he gave the prayer and some words of wisdom and peace to take away from the class. It would be awesome to try and keep on the mic during shavasana to encourage people to stay. Maybe with some guidance on how to fully relax each part of the body. I know it would be helpful for me. It always feels so much more nourishing to be guided.
