The Plank Workout
Core Strength w/ Maricris Lapaix
The Plank Workout is your full body core HIIT! The focus is to keep your core engaged and strengthen your entire abdominal wall! The twist is you will be using your entire body, and challenging that balance, posture, and endurance at the same time. As a HIIT workout we will keep it moving as fast as possible with minimal breaks, so you will need to zone in and focus on maintaining form throughout the entire class. Remember it's not about quantity, it's about a quality workout!
