It was an ok class. Good sweat and workout. The only flaw was that the instructor does not give enough countdown when transitioning to or at end of each exercise.

My first time doing a class with this instructor. I liked her and found that this was the first class I’ve experienced a cool down after the class. Not that I’d like to have a cool down for every single class but that it was unique and good all in all
