I like when modifications are given during first set. Overall I think this workout could’ve had some more intensity and upper body movement to make it a level 3 workout.

Good workout. Wish the workout had started sooner- over 3 minutes in before first movement, wound have preferred an intense 15 min workout that didn’t take 20 minutes due to high amount if instruction
