Naomi’s workouts are the best I’ve done so far! They’re challenging for me now because I’m out of shape but I’ve done HIIT workouts before so I’m familiar with the moves. She has great pace and her voice is encouraging without being annoying :) I’m looking forward to losing the weight with her workouts!
