Full Body Strength w/ Garrett Wood
This is a get sh** done type of class. It will have three circuits. Each circuit will include one bodyweight exercise and one plyometric, ballistic or power move, and one strength exercise. Each circuit is to be completed twice. The first time you'll perform the exercise for one minute, the second time it will be done for 30 seconds. There will always be 30 seconds of rest in-between.

Great but rests are too long

You can always speed it up if yo'd like, however, as a competitive powerlifter myself, and someone who's studied the science behind strength, to get stronger, you really need to rest in order to lift heavy enough. If you can do multiple sets in a row without a ton of rest, that is more of a HIIT/ cardio workout, and chances are, you could probably be lifting more to build strength. Hope this helps!
