It was an overall great workout...if I did the movements right. The explanations of movements were hard to follow. Explanations before doing it didn’t work. Maybe explain as we do it. Perhaps pictures of the motions would help. Also, perhaps edit out mistakes like calling the left hand the right hand :) sorry I’m a video editor so I noticed :)
