Here’s to all the people who for the past 20 years have worked out 6 days a week with cardio and weights for 2 hours a day and can typically maintain a half marathon speed of about 8:30......AND YET FELT LIKE A LITTLE PUNK ON THIS WORKOUT HUFFING AND PUFFING! 15% incline jog?!?!? I need to learn what working out really means! Lol! Bravo! This thing kicks your tail!

Really challenging workout! I found the last set impossible but you can take it at your own pace.
So great that Chad lets us know in advance when we will need to change the treadmill. I’m always on some terrible hotel treadmill with a touch screen and changing incline and speed takes forever!
