Treadmill Burn Week 4 - Increase Speeds

The first block we are working on increase speed on a slight incline then hills with sprints at the top. The second block is endurance hills - similar to week 3 but the intervals are a bit longer and the descend you get no recovery but you do get to go down to base pace in-between. We are ramping it up this week.
