This class is focused on one main set. You will work on longer intervals of pyramid inclines with sprints thrown-in in between. This is the hardest workout of this series yet. It is super simple and easy to follow but you will need to dig deep and pull out the stronger version of yourself. I know you can do it though.

Good workout actually. But mentally it’s annoying because at around 10 minutes you start with words like “almost there and almost done”. I feel like those are Better in the final 10. But it was still good! Thanks.
