That was rough! Whew! But I made t through! I’ve been doing a lot of your interval runs and loved pushing myself even further on a more advanced run. I’ve always been a long distance endurance runner but these mix quick and dirty with endurance and strength. Love love love it

Short but so intense!
A lot of room to go faster and such, but lunges at end could have been a sprint.
Stop counting down so much.. just wait until there is less than 30 seconds
So encouraging and fun music!

Easy to follow- every step clearly explained and given in advance so that no time is lost in transitioning and pace can be set to be challenged but also able to make adjustments so that failure is not an option. Awesome sweat. Went by quickly.
It was very difficult. Really made me work.
I can not take her classes. She talk the entire time and doesn’t let the music push you. Why have music if she talks the whole time. Her workouts are good but the constant talking ruins it and I’m done.

Less taking! She talks constantly! Listen to one of Maggie Singh's treadmill classes on this app to learn how to leave just a little bit of silence and let the music play and let your runners find their groove. The constant talking made this class horrible.
