FIRST INTERVALS: incline 10, speeds from 6-7.0
SECOND INTERVALS: incline 3, speeds from 8.2-9.0
THIRD INTERVALS: incline 15, speeds from 5.5-6.5
FOURTH INTERVALS: incline 1, speeds from 9.5-10.0
Speed suggestions were really low. Definitely not sprints.

My treadmill repeatedly shutoff because of the long breaks between intervals when I was standing off the tread... Ive done other intervals with shorter breaks and not that that problem. I don’t know if other people will experience the same thing. Once I just started reducing my speed to walk, everything was great!
