Julie, I have been doing this meditation often throughout the week. Yesterday some very familiar funky feelings came on strong while in a social situation. I really found myself going right to creating space by connecting with my breath and imagining my self with my feelings, but supported by the space of the water you talk about. It really helped to ground me. As I still work to get through them the next day, I feel comfort knowing that they will pass, but that I have created a supportive system inside to get me through. Thanks for sharing your wisdom. Namaste.

I liked the reminder that self care is ok. It is a good thing and important that I do this for myself so that others can see that it is ok to do this for themselves.
