This is a restful and spacious three-hour workshop filled with deep relaxation techniques geared to nourish, nurture, and provide relief from pain. Through a unique blend of exercises and breathwork inspired by yoga, Pilates, and other therapeutic modalities, we’ll gently unwind contraction and tension patterns we build up throughout our days, weeks, and years.
Everyday stress, emotional trauma, injury, and unhealthy habits can impact our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, causing inflammation, discomfort, and pain. Sometimes this pain is temporary, and sometimes we end up facing it for months or years at a time. These contractions and patterns interrupt our ability to move freely and easefully, love fully, and live our lives in the way we want to.
We’ll slow down in this workshop so we can identify and create space for the patterns impacting us. By establishing a deeper connection to our bodies, we'll create opportunities for more healing and freedom. You’ll be surprised by the dramatic results of this subtle movement practice. It will leave you feeling both unwound and energized in the same breath.
