Lack of guidance after the first round was not good as I could not remember all six exercises. A good combo and I like this instructor but class needs better queue instead of free fall style
even doing modified versions of yr exercises (when "necessary") i've been transformed by them. so happy with visible results but also increased flexibility and stamina/endurance. thank you for being out there!
Really pushed me to do my best and makes me look forward to do it again to see myself improve.

Awesome workout! Would love it if we could have short videos of some of the less commonly known reps (like high plank toe taps, arm plank rockers) that we could watch before the workout. Just want to make sure I’m doing them correctly. 😊
