This class is focused on the upper body and core! All exercises are bodyweight movements and designed for level 1-10! It is an AMRAP workout (as many rounds as possible) so move at your own pace.

Lack of guidance after the first round was not good as I could not remember all six exercises. A good combo and I like this instructor but class needs better queue instead of free fall style

Awesome workout! Would love it if we could have short videos of some of the less commonly known reps (like high plank toe taps, arm plank rockers) that we could watch before the workout. Just want to make sure I’m doing them correctly. 😊
