Class was great but had 2 music stations playing again. Could change the music but there were still 2 stations playing no matter what I did. How can I fix this?

There was at least 1 workout in each circuit I had no idea what to do. If directions could be a little more clearer because I had to pause my workout to look up how to do a Tate press

I LOVED the music and how it made me push through some of the tougher workouts. I also liked how she would remind you of the next workout and the form. This leaves your arms feeling like jello!
