This workout will begin with heavy weights. *Caution* the slower pace MIGHT make you think "Is this really a Body Blitz class?" It will stress your muscles effectively so that the rest of the class (which moves faster), is more difficult! The focus is largely on the back and chest. Enjoy ;)more
