Plyo push-ups
Crawling tricep dips
Sprawl 30 sec

Round 2:
Heavy Chest Press
Right arm fly// left arm fly (one at a time)
Hollow hold with hammer press 5 reps, sit up and jump

Round 3:
Overhead press to push press
Cluster diamond push-ups
Crab dip to reach//mountain climbers
