Some of the pose descriptions were confusing and unclear, and the horse stance only happened on one side as far as i could tell? But I love the class and teaching style overall.

Just not for me - didn’t need the long corpse pose I was doing class for stretching/release, would be good to outline in description

I enjoyed the class, however I found he spoke very quickly at times which could make it challenging to follow. However, I will probably try it again.

My back was hurting beforehand, and now it feels better. Thanks, David! Would've liked to hang on Pigeon pose for a beat longer though. Ultimately a great set.

Didn't like how he talked during shavasana. A little bit of intro is ok, but that was too much talking when I wanted to zen out.

I always enjoy David Magone's classes and this one was no except. He gives great cues and has a calming, friendly presence. I didn't getcthe cue about twisting while in child pose but maybe it was just my brain at 6am. I love that he spends time doing a proper relaxation/meditation component- such an important part of yoga and health IMHO. One tip- if you are in a cold climate and keep your heat lower like me then have a blanket ready to throw over you for it.

Very good flow and good music. The teacher provided helpful cues. My only suggestion would be for the teacher to slow down as he speaks. Against the music it's hard to tell what he's saying at points. Thanks!

The end cut off before David was done teaching. The class itself was great though!
