I’m really excited to share this practice with you. One of the most useful, easy and grounding ways to practice presence is through walking meditation.
It is good to begin this practice if possible in a quiet place, a place that is easy to walk and easy to be present. As with all practices, I suggest starting this way to create a supportive environment for the mind and body. And then once you practice a few times like this, the practice becomes easily integrated into your everyday world and can really help even when the world seems like total chaos around you!
