Love this 4th day doing this without breaks and much easier not as tired after doing this feel like after 2-4 more times I’ll be able to do this and not be hard for me to do now it’s like I’m an intermediate doing this hopefully I’ll be an expert and be able to do any workout with out getting very tired after incorporated this into my morning routine

3rd time doing this 2nd time doing 2 days in a row and was a little more easier than yesterday hopefully it will get a lot easier I always start a workout first day sore but once I do couple days in a row I get less and less sore but loving the work will be this one until my body gets used to it and I’m not sore then I’ll do number 3

Loved my workout 2nd time doing this workout not in same week because I quit on exercise and my diet but back on it today wasn’t as hard as 1st time doing this much easier will be doing this one again until I can get through this without almost wanting to take longer breaks didn’t do longer each time almost did but I know if I quit for the longer break I won’t finish the workout I have to keep going no stopping or I’ll not finish the exercise love this one very easy for a beginner will be doing this workout for awhile

Great class, surprised at how awesome the workout was for 15 minutes. Noticeably more difficult than volume 1. Perfect amount of rest while keeping the heart rate elevated. Two thumbs up!
