Thanks so much Julie for this reminder of the importance to practice daily with the breath and the mind’s inclination to return here when willpower get challenged the more we practice.

I couldn't finish the class because every time my phone dimmed the meditation would stop, and I would have to press play again... the past 3 meditations I have done this did not happen... very annoying, and didn't allow me to meditate properly
