About Class

Grab your cape and unleash your superpower. A 5k run + a 30 minute killer strength-class, free beer, mingling and music. And did we mention costumes?

Join us and three amazing coaches who will help you take your super powers to the next level. The "Wonder Run" will take you on a beautiful 5K run through Chrissy Field park with views of Golden Gate Bridge and a mid-point high five at the historical Hoppers Hands.

Run with Enrique, a professional running coach, will keep you pushing with his incredible enthusiasm and energy. Strength-training with Alex, an accomplished ultra runner, will let you in on his special strength training secrets. Stretch with Stephanie, who will show you how to make it fun. The "Wonder Run" will end with post-run beers with your fellow runners and coaches.

This event is co-sponsored by the Sports Basement. Participants will receive a 20% discount on all in-store purchases in the evening of the event.

What to wear: Dress up, this is the "Wonder Run" after all! There will be prizes for costumes on the day.
When to get there: The run starts at 6pm.
