Run + Yoga for Runners at Janji
Vinyasa Yoga w/ Brittany Flaherty
Bring yoga into your running and check out Janji's beautiful pop-store with a 2-3 mile run led by Jana Ross at 6pm, followed by a playful yoga class taught by Brittany Flaherty at 6:30pm. Yoga can greatly benefit runners by helping us to increase mobility, build core strength, and tune in to our breath and internal cues. This class will offer a range of options for various levels, including a few fun, peak postures and a flow designed to leave you feeling balanced and strong.
