This is an intro level class, but instructions were given as if you should already know the move. I literally had no idea what to do for the 2 and 3 move of the warm up, so i just made something up, same with the last move in circuit 1. Luckily I know what donkey kicks are, but if I didn’t I would’ve been so lost. Maybe videos can added.
