"Katie is so great!! I love how calm she is. She gently explains what i need to do without yelling at me, and she’s encouraging without being overly chipper - for me, it’s the perfect balance. Also, the workout was intense enough that I am dripping in sweat, but I could still do everything even though I haven’t worked out regularly for the past two or three months. This is the perfect workout to get me back into working out and feeling good about it."
