Ring in the New Year right with a five day yoga challenge! The Monday and Thursday practice listed below will help you strengthen your legs and release tension from your back. Tuesday and Friday's practice is dedicated to hip opening and features slow stretchy poses and longer postural holds. Wednesday is a recovery day with a focus on mindfulness based meditation practices designed to help you release anxiety and stress.
This series of practices can be repeated for up to three weeks, so if week one feels good, then keep it up!
