A 5k Training Program with Music and Motivation for All Levels!

Each week get 3 guided runs, 1 strength workout (bodyweight, no equipment), and 1 mobility workout to give you the perfect, well-rounded 5k plan. If you're feeling ambitious, don't hesitate to add some easy optional miles every week.

Standard Week
Mon: Easy Miles
Tue: Strength Training
Wed: Interval/Tempo Run
Thu: Optional Easy Extra Miles
Sat: Long Run
Sun: Mobility and Stretch
