Loved the high intensity pace with minimal breaks!! Great cardio strength class!!!! Best way to work legs in my opinion. Great descriptions since there are no pictures. There was enough time to understand what we were doing next. Great encouragement, Naomi! 5 star instructor!

You need to tell this instructor Naomi that she sounds way too repetitive with saying “nice job” every other sentence. It’s annoying and I found it distracting. I could not enjoy her class hence ending it 10 mins before completion. I will not listen to any of her classes again, it’s too freaking annoying!!

Will be canceling soon. I should have known when I scrolled through all the instructors and they are all white faces. No people of color represented. Then the instructor used the term "as if you are being arrested" as if that was an OK thing to say in the middle of what is suppose to be a cathartic work out. Totally triggering. Additionally there are no visuals which are needed in order to learn how to do the moves. It would be way more motivating with visuals too. Not about this app.

The workout was okay but found this instructor very annoying. She continuously uses the phrase "nice job" over and over. Once that it became repetitive, I could not wait for this class to be over with. I almost considered quitting the class early.
